This page is intended to provide our customers with the necessary program updates so that their applications are up-to-date and are utilising features which may only be available in the latest versions. If you do not see an update for your application then please give us a call on 020 8805 8704.
If you would like to download an update for any of the following applications listed then click on the corresponding hyperlink and your browser should automatically initiate a file transfer. If you have any problems with downloading a file or with the actual setup file then call Snape Technical Support on 020 8805 8704.
The format of the above files are stored in a compressed self installing executable wizard file which, when run (by double clicking on the file after you have downloaded it), will guide you through the process of updating your existing version.
N.B Smart Patch is a new type of update file, which is about the quater of the size of the normal update file, that we have introducedto save download time. You must posses a Smart Patch Version of the Vector program to use this update. To find out if you have the smart patch version select 'Help' from the menu in Vector, and then 'About'. If it is the smart patch version then you should see the words 'Smart Patch' in the top righthand side of the Dialog. If you do not see this then you must use the normal update file.
