	Heather Lodge, Winner of Master Builder of the Year award project, Built by Frome Valley Construction, costed with CONTENDER. Frome Valley Construction is a well-established local builder, run by owner proprietors. In common with many similar companies who demand high quality estimating but also have a considerable number of other demands upon their time and have adopted CONTENDER as a more capable estimated program.
	The Eco House, Oxford. Designed and built by Dr Susan Roaf. This pioneering property has advanced design for low-energy use, pioneers the use of a plate solar collector for water heating and a photovoltaic roof to provide electrical power. Project Estimates were created using CONTENDER, and for subsequently further academic studies. A number of Universities and Colleges have adopted Snapes CONTENDER and Vector software for teaching Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
	Major structural alterations to create a fast food restaurant. Brian Main - Quantity Surveyors. Hotels, Pubs, Chain Restaurants, and Leisure group's building projects are often messy, and many clients' organisations have their own standards that have to be met. A number of professional surveyors have chosen Vector software for Bill production and Cost Planning predominantly because the exceptionally flexibility of presentation and content. Contractors have adopted CONTENDER as an estimating tool.
	Heathrow Airport. Resident contractor Halliford Construction are using 12 copies of Vector for costing Refurbishment and Repairs to the 1200 buildings within the airport complex.
	University of East London. Bills of Quantities by the Lombardelli Partnership. Buildings don't have to be square. With Vector and CONTENDER's full trigonometric measuring capability, and graphic takeoff with a digitiser measuring awkward shaped areas becomes childs play.
	Dorking Sports Centre - New build sport and fitnes centre. Vector makes a big splash with the Boxall Sayer Construction Consultancy, this capable multidisciplinary practice have adopted Vector throughout their offices for a very wide range of schemes from multi-million pound new developments to modest conservation and renovation schemes.
	Houses of Parliament - Victoria Tower. Vector's clear screen layout and easy-to-use editing facilities enables the Surveyor to specify accurately the unique requirements in a quick and efficient manner, an important feature when creating the Bills of Quantities for updating the MP offices with need to retain important historic detail with the ever-present pressures for modern services and convenient working.
	Asda Bridge of Dee Store - Aberdeen, McLeod + Aitken Quantity Surveyors. 50K Market hall design concept. One of many Asda Store developed using Vector Bill of Quantities since 1997. In Early 2002 Snape became Asda software partner and have produced the software for Asda Building Asset Management Program which is now used by a number of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Contractors.
	B.C.Q.S. are one of several Quantity Surveyors, Government Departments and Contractors using Snape Software in Caribbean countries for Hotels, Restaurants, Schools, Banks and a variety of Building projects. Vector and CONTENDER are currently being used for both Metric and Imperial measurement within the region.
	Federal Ministry of Finance, Abuja, Nigeria. This is one of many projects that African quantity surveyors Newpro Quants Consultants are involved. Newpro Quants have used Vector for many years and have recently been working with Snape to make available Libraries that are suitable for African Surveyors.
	Castle Business Park is typical the projects that David Campbell Associates are involved in as quantity surveyors specialising in the landscape industry. The project was the establishment of the advance structure landscape works for a business park and apart from the usual woodland blocks, grass areas, trees, hedging and shrub planting, the works included the construction of almost a hectare of 'natural' lochan, complete with beaches, rockwork, marginal/aquatic planting and pumping/recirculation system to maintain water quality.
	City & County Museum, Lincoln. Construction of new museum and central courtyard at the site of a scheduled ancient monument. Burke, Hunter, Adams provided full Quantity Surveying Services useing Vector software.
	New Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital The 17,000 sq meter hospital opened to patients in January 2004. Located on five levels, it has 29 departments and approximately 700 rooms/spaces. The construction process was carried out in two phases, procured using the traditional competitive tendering process, based on full bills of quantity. Firstly an enabling works contract:- site preparation; diversion of roadways, underground services and drainage; provision of SUDS drainage infrastructure. Secondly a several works contract for the construction of the new building and remaining external works. The combined construction cost for the two phases was £20.9m, excluding equipment, fees and VAT. Consultant William Talbot & Partners, software Vector.
	Specialist contractor and joinery manufacturer Plant-it Contracts Ltd installing there own manufactured reception counters into a new sports centre. Plan-it use CONTENDER as there primary estimating tool.
	North Morecambe Gas Terminal. With Snape software being used on the £ 320 million project within the Client PM office, Fabrication sites (Tyneside & Bordeaux ) for Mechanical, CE & Building works predicting fully the reporting requirements in advance was difficult. To resolve this issue Snape designed a program that understood the underlying nature of bills and construction cost reporting to produce quality custom reports rapidly. Today Vector 's windows reporting engine for professional surveyors provides unparalleled flexibility and quality of presentation.
	Snape has unparalleled experience in providing software and expertise for producing both priced schedules, and schedules and libraries for bill of quantities and schedules of rates. Snape have worked with Spons, Griffiths, RICS - BMI division plus a number of private and overseas price book publishers. Snape have provided expertise to Quantity Surveyors, Professional Governing Bodies, Local and National Government departments to assist in producing libraries and schedules that provide for local regulation and requirements that can be operated efficiently on modern computer systems.
