Valuations
Vector provides a quick
and efficient means of creating valuations. Starting with a Bill of Quantities
that may have been originated with Vector, or imported from CITE, ASCII, Word
or Excel. When you click on the Valuation button an additional column is displayed
for Percentage Complete. Create your valuation by entering the percentage complete
against an individual or groups of items. Measure provisional quantities. Printout
the valuation. Show

In a few cases a final account is a complete re-measure of the project.
However usually a final account is in the form:

Provisional Sums
Architects Instructions
Re-measure Account
Day Works etc.
This type of document is created within Vector using its double bill format screen layout. To save time when creating this type of document sum of the descriptive content and measure if relevant may be copied into the final account from the bill and edited to match the as built requirement.
